• Support the conversion, commissioning, deployment, and servicing of the world’s largest Komatsu 980E Autonomous Haul Truck fleet at Suncor Fort Hills• Support and assist SMS technicians in resolving AHT technical issues by providing technical information, schematics, manuals and creating repair procedures and troubleshooting guides• Collaborate with SMS technicians and Suncor AHS team in the design and installation of “Equipped Manned Vehicle” kits onto existing equipment at the Fort Hills Mine (including, shovels, dozers, graders, etc...)• Draft reports and recommendations on autonomous product issues for Komatsu• Operating light vehicle alone within the autonomous mine environment to monitor autonomous truck performance and mine efficiency • Assessing performance of Lidar, Radar, GNSS, and Gyroscope systems to determine impacts preventing autonomous operational success • Safety sensitive position on customer site
