• Support network operations of all theaters nationwide• Keep all trouble ticket entries up to date while working to resolve tickets in a timely manner.• Breakdown technical issues to end users in an easily digestible manner and work through initial troubleshooting with onsite staff. • Provide scope of work and detailed instructions for onsite technicians to resolve connectivity issues. • Configure replacement equipment as well as new equipment for new theater buildouts including L2 and L3 Cisco switches, Cisco ASA’s, and Fortinet Fortigate's.

Provide technical support for large scale signage equipment rollout. Survey available port density at sites then configure and ship Cisco access switches when necessary.Adding equipment to Network Monitoring Service Orion. Configure edge ports for new end devicesTroubleshoot with onsite techs and 3rd party vendor to resolve connectivity issues. Document all trouble calls received and relay information to project managersCreate and view packet captures from Cisco ASA's to ensure proper connectivity from end devices.

• Monitor network resources using Solar Winds Orion.• Design network topologies based on client provided floor plans and building infrastructure• Configure a reliable secure network to match client needs by following established protocol on L3 switch configurations, setting data rate limits and subnetting networks based on user count• effectively communicate with clients to resolve end device connectivity issues, usually involving incorrect ip addressing, DHCP misconfigurations, or misconfigured client equipment.• Document and resolve trouble tickets in a prompt manner.
