• Field Service repair included pump alignments using multiple indicators and laser alignments, diagnostics checks include mag centers for alignments, soft foots, bearing and seal repairs, Ext. working and communicating with customers on plans of action for repairs. Milling and securing new basses and pump and motor platforms. • Maintain machine, build, repair and diagnose multiple pumps for multiple customers. • Tearing down and diagnosing problems and working with our team to find solutions for future repair.• Machine and maintain tolerances to fix and or diagnose the problem such as fits, seals, shafts flanges EXT. running laths, mills, VTLs, horizontal bore mills, I specialize in bigger machines such as engine laths, Vtls, and horizontal bore mills, Example- line bores, split case pumps, bearing housings Ext. • Clean and assemble pumps to customer specifications for field testing such as hydro testing and air testing before field readiness.
