OUR MISSION STATEMENTThe Hawaii National Guard Youth Challenge Academy provides opportunities for 16-18 year-old “at risk” students to learn the skills needed to be a successful, responsible, and productive citizens in the community while earning their high school diploma.OBJECTIVES1. To nurture students in a quasi-military, residential environment, with emphasis on academics, self-discipline, and responsibility, to strengthen families and communities through the cooperative efforts of Federal, State, and Youth Challenge staff.2. To enhance participants’ educational skills by instilling a desire to continue self-improvement, and teach those values and life skills required to succeed on the job and within the family3. To integrate Academy graduates into the larger community through assistance with skill development, employment, an educational efforts.4. After the completion of the residential phase, cadets are tracked and supported in pursuing career goals, through Mentors, Career/Placement and Mentor Coordinators.

- Manage and oversee all parking lots and self park locations on University of Hawaii Manoa campus.- Serve as liaison between University of Hawaii and Diamond Parking Services.- Responsible for the scheduling and payroll of 25+ employees on a day to day basis.- Ensure all payments and deadlines are met accordingly.- Hire, supervise, retain and/or terminate direct reports.- Create, implement, and maintain strategies for maximization of profitabilitty of assigned locations.- Process accounts payable and receivables within established guidelines.- Conduct field audits to ensure revenue collection procedures.
