What motivates me in life is progress. I firmly believe that life is experiential and to embrace everything that comes with it. My life and my job experiences thus far have been crucial in shaping my values as an individual. My work experience continually reinforces some of my core values: work ethic, humility and patience. Work ethic means taking pride in my work and striving to see it from start to finish. Humility means being humble enough to share credit, to admit when I’m wrong and to ask for help. Patience means taking the time to understand the requirements, the thought processes and the plan in order to achieve the results desired. It also means be prepared because preparation leads to better execution.My rotational program and career progress within Harley-Davidson, and subsequent time at Briggs & Stratton show my ability to create and maintain meaningful connections. These connections help me to quickly solve problems by finding the right person with the right skill set and resources. My experience and skills in tools like SAP, Alteryx and Tableau position me to understand an organization’s data sets, mine and cleanse data and quickly create actionable insights. I bring a passion for problem solving and my track record shows that I am a strong cross functional collaborator. I believe these qualities plus my deep drive and fire in my work ethic will add value to any organization.
