-Develop sales and customer service skills by building relationships through repeated customer engagement, along with building relationships with other team members to achieve a common goal. -Utilize knowledge of products and communicate with customers to guide them towards decisions that best meet their needs. -Communicate with over 200 customers daily to assist in their shopping experience by utilizing product knowledge and sales experience to personally fulfill the needs of the customer. -Explore alternative products and options with customers when items are out of stock, further solving problems and answering questions when customers are unsatisfied.
