At OpenPracticeSolutions my responsibilities include developing and maintaining our core product, OpenPractice Management(OpenPM). OpenPM is a web or "Cloud-Based" practice management application used by doctors, dentists, medical billing companies primarily for scheduling and billing. I am also responsible for developing and maintaining our HL7 interface. Often, I build or configure custom messages to accomodate customer's needs. Sourcing and Staffing for hourly and professional supermarket and fuel station positions (regional). Region includes 20-30 Supermarkets and 4-5 Fuel Stations.

Coordinate and Facilitate onboarding for all new team members (regional). Ensure all new team member paper work is completed accurately, including tax forms and I-9 documentation. Enter personnel data into peoplesoft.

Responsible for 150+ Team Members. Store level safety (OSHA) record keeping and compliance. Attendance documentation and discipline. Payroll submission. Behavior documentation and discipline. Labor relations. Responible for store level recruiting and onboarding.
