As one of the highest-ranking retention agents for CenturyLink, I learned how to make customer service one of the priorities in business. My goals currently are to finish my bachelor’s degree in Accounting and continue to get my MAcc and CPA. My motivation comes from trying to be the best in my field. Overall, organization is key for me. I think that is where my love accounting came from. It helps me solve problems and have better ideas to help a business. As an employee at CenturyLink, I was invited to several focus groups to give ideas on how to make the company better. I loved giving ideas on how the company can save money and save customers at the same time. Working for Howe and Heward PLLC helped me learn about how an business is run and how I can contribute and improve an organization as a whole.
