Ownership of existing operational systems, including BAU maintenance and configurations as well as carrying out project planning/specification work and driving projects to completion to agreed timescales.Development of enhancements to existing solutions to introduce new features and functionality or improve scalability and robustness.Creation of real-time dashboards and reports, allowing the business to visualise task and individual data at a glance and make best use of our new and existing data sources. Populated through any combination of SQL statements and/or VBA code.Implemented a new web-based workflow system, replacing a very manual and complex series of spreadsheets and emails. This was entirely shaped and implemented by myself, from initial 3rd party supplier discussions, securing a free trial of the new system, working with stakeholders to establish process maps, then mapping the processes into the system. - Ownership of Microsoft CRM helpdesk, supported the induction and training of new helpdesk agents while simultaneously providing 1st and 2nd line support to end users. Analysed helpdesk data and produced management information to identify themes and trends. Maintained channels through which users could provide feedback and improvement suggestions and used this feedback to drive system changes.- Analysis of end-user/team CRM system requirements, identified scope for change and processed agreed CRM system changes through the design, testing and deployment phases. Scoped and designed extended service desk functionality to achieve increased end-user clarity when logging incidents and requests, as well as improved management information outputs.- Led, project managed and delivered a dynamic CRM training programme to support incoming colleagues transitioning as a result of Machinery of Government changes, with a focus on establishing working relationships between new and existing teams.Plus:- CRM Dynamics- Sharepoint- ServiceNow
