Design, implement and maintain processes that help manufacturers increase productivity and reporting by:-Designing front end programs using Ignition and collect data from PLC. (SCADA)- Logix5000 to make processes from machines/robots more efficient-DB2 (SQL) store historical data from programs that are developed to see trends overtime-Factory Talk (HMI) -Python to make programs more efficent by looping through historical data

The second largest Autism ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) facilitator in the county, that promotes growth, opportunity, and ABA services. Managed a team of about 40 technicians, 15 behavior consultants, managed 45 cases, influenced growth with our funding sources, as well as "Special Projects" from the Vice President, which included: audits, training, managing centers in 3 counties, training other Managers, direct contact for emergencies when it came to conflicts from our funding sources, hiring, firing, and most importantly the quality. I was also one of the first CSM to find a loop hole for increased hours during therapy sessions. This directly affected the amount of hours per day by 4 per client, this was huge. Encouraged schools to work with the company to better assist their needs.Management Type:I encouraged by opportunity not fear. When I was hired as a manager over the area I was assigned to an area that needed some help, but not only that, our attrition rates were steadily falling and we had employees' quitting. How I fixed this and increased my utilization was helping and motivating others. It was really that easy. I am an expert in communication and teaching others how to address their issues, just by what they say goes a long way. We became a family and then I was asked to take over other locations that needed help and did so, now I was responsible for not only my territories, but training others in communication in other territories. It was awesome to have seen the growth. We expanded 2 centers and had great relationships with our funding sources.

This is where I started loving business. I created projects, such as driving gross profit margin by .30, built a workable and unique website, learned how to negotiate with insurance companies, and most importantly drove sales. I worked here on and off for 4 years, while I was in college.
