About Jacob Edie
I've been programming since I was in middle school when I found the book Hello World by Warren Sande and Carter Sande, it was a kid’s book geared towards programming in python. I read through it many times trying to understand the "secrets" of programming. Unfortunately, at the time I didn’t understand much. But nonetheless I enjoyed the challenge. Since then, I've known my life goal was to become a software engineer. Today I’m a proud self-taught programmer who has experience in Unity, Unreal, C#, and C++. I have professional experience coding for Suran, a small church management software company, as an intern and I have taught multiple programming subjects as a Coach at AI Code Academy.
