As a part of the Emerging Leaders Program at Fidelity, I will gain exposure to a wide array of different aspects of the business through four rotations.Rotation 1: PI Technology. Gained valuable leaderships skills through the role of scrum master, with a focus on leading with emotional intelligence.Rotation 2: OSG Strategy and Planning. Gained exposure to high priority long term projects. Created multiple dashboards tracking NIGO volume, rates, and reasons for the Check Processing unit with the goal of understanding why NIGOs occur and how they can be eliminated. Rotation 3: PI Crypto, Advanced Data Analytics and InsightsPublished a Profiling Dashboard in Tableau for Crypto Customers to create demographic reporting and track long term trends. Introduced new measurements in SQL to better capture the value of the Digital Asset business to Fidelity. Rotation 4: Strategic Advisors, Data Strategy - Utilized Python and SQL to develop automated process quarterly reports for all three Fixed Income SMAs to produce quick and accurate data reporting.

-Proposed, obtained funding, and presented original research examining the effects of human behavior on waste distribution and recycling rate-Conducted campus-wide audit on wholistic waste managent with the goal of zero waste

-Researched, pitched, and on-boarded new brands onto Outdoorly's website-Created user outreach campaigns to college outdoor organizations, environmental nonprofits, hospitals, and search and rescue organizations-Used data analytics to present company growth
