As a member of LPG&M's commercial litigation group, my practice covers a broad range of commercial, employment, securities, and corporate law issues including complex business and contract disputes, business torts, restrictive covenants and termination agreements, claims arising under the New York Labor Law and other employment related statutes, shareholder class actions, regulatory investigations, and corporate governance disputes arising under both New York and Delaware law. I regularly appear in both state and federal courts in New York and various arbitral forums, while the diversity of my practice allows me to take on matters arising under the laws of various jurisdictions throughout the country.

Litigated state and federal discrimination and retaliation actions under Title VII, the ADEA, ADA, whistleblowers laws, and analogous city and state statutes as well as special proceedings in state court. Executed all phases of litigation from the outset of a lawsuit through trial and frequently counseled clients that were both parties and non-parties to litigated actions.
