Use print, broadcast, OOH and digital media outlets to promote our clients' products and services. Coordinating with clients to design media plans and set budgets.Negotiating the purchase of advertising space and following up to ensure that ad placement and billing proceed smoothly.Assist Media Buyer/Planner & Media Director on campaign plans and media buys.Reconcile vendor invoices and generate client invoices for insertion orders that have been placed.Develop, update and maintain all press kits as well as media materials as needed.Coordinate suitably with production and distribution of material with various departments.Perform as key contact for media as well as non-media inquiries same for different staff as required.Maintain and update project spreadsheets and timelines along with support development of business documents like campaign flowcharts, and estimate/deadline spreadsheets.Provide secondary as well as tertiary assistance to various team members as needed.Involved in media and communications departmental discussions and meetings along with work cross-functionally amid various team members. Convey and report to supervisor on constantly and regular basis.
