As a dedicated Environmental Sustainability student-athlete, I am deeply invested in the intersection of environmental stewardship and business innovation. My academic pursuits at North Central College are driven by leveraging studies in Environmental Sustainability and Marketing/Studio Art while competing as a runner for the men's cross country and track & field teams. My experiences have brought consistent recognition for performance excellence, leadership, and contributions to success in both academic and athletic fields. Here is a glimpse into my journey's development:- Academic Blend: My studies as an Environmental Sustainability major equip me with the knowledge to tackle climate change issues with sustainable initiative. Simultaneously, my marketing and art minors infuse my approach with effective marketing techniques, creativity, and strategical analysis. - Staying on Track: Running for North Central's cross country and track teams has provided me with discipline, resilience, leadership opportunities, and valuable experiences when I'm pushing my physical boundaries as lessons I apply back into both my academic pursuits and professional endeavors. - Leadership Roles: Through BSA OA and NYLT Training, I've served as many leaders while attending North Central like Vice President of Focus (Christian Worship group), Sustainability Manager for On-Campus dining, and Team Captains on the Men's Cross Country and Track teams to create positive change through teamwork, communication, and organizational skills. - Eagle Scout: My journey to becoming an Eagle Scout instilled values like integrity, service, and community impact. From organizing community service projects to mentoring younger Scouts, I'm committed to living the Scout Oath and Law everyday to leave the world in a better place. - Job/Internship Insights: I've had the privilege of interning at Chartwells Compass Group and working in Redbubble.
