Some may say I was born into the Customer Service industry. My parents have been in the restaurant business my whole life; my mother being a waitress and my father being a manager. They have even had success owning a restaurant of their own, and have shown me the true value of hard work and dedication.I too eventually ended up working in the restaurant industry. I started as a host, and eventually became a waiter. I soon after became a jack of all trades, becoming skilled in all areas. From the dining room to the kitchen, I could do it all. I eventually made my way out of the restaurant business and into the world of customer service. I began my career at Macy’s Credit and Customer Service as a voice agent, specifically in order entry and service recovery for small ticket items. My hard work and dedication bestowed on me from my parents paid off. I was recommended to the Global Command Bridge position from my reporting manager, which led to me joining an incredible team. I came into Macy’s not knowing where this career path would lead me, but I believe it has opened my eyes to an amazing industry. Being able to see what makes a huge company like Macy’s tick from the inside has provided me with a wealth of knowledge, and I feel confident I can leave my mark anywhere. With my free time, I enjoy weight lifting, video games, and I’m a huge Green Bay Packers fan.
