At Lattice, I help internal partners connect the dots between business strategy a campaign’s development. I help balance the ambition of our marketing team with the tactical experience needed to build campaigns from concept to execution. Working on a diverse slate of projects from customer events, to integrated marketing campaigns, I’ve continued to push the visual brand and while also demystifying the design process for a wide array of stakeholders.

While at Thumbtack, I lead design for customer and internal facing projects. Despite setbacks to the team as a result of COVID-19 I was able to produce, manage and design for projects ranging from customer archetype insights, ads for linear and OTT, custom illustration and brand system expansion.

As a Lead Designer for Culture Amp’s global conference, Culture First I developed and art directed annual look/feels, scoped opportunities to dazzle attendees, managed timelines and schedules, facilitated vendor relations, and executed over 300 printed and digital assets across 5 Global events. Culture First is attended by over 1,200 customers and prospects from around the world. Taking place in San Francisco, this event is an amazing opportunity to execute across a wide range of opportunities including signage, SWAG, presentations, digital promotion, printed collateral and on-site build-outs.

As a Designer on the Brand and Content team my role requires me to evaluate the range with which to explore and execute Culture Amp's brand guidelines. I am constantly working to push and expand the Culture Amp narrative through design. I support 4 teams within Marketing and am always eager to help other departments when possible.I art directed and acted as design lead on Culture Amp's inaugural Culture First Conference – an event that drew over 800 attendees, required over 200 design executions and served an industry leading audience. Executions varied from digital campaigns, venue design, experience design, and of course, swag.

Concept work revolved around exploring and expanding brand guidelines in their infancy. I maintained direct mail campaigns, printer relations and provided support and recommendations to a variety of internal teams.

As a Designer at UNIT Partners, my responsibilities included creating and upholding brand consistency in fields ranging from Hospitality and Pharmaceuticals to Tech and Non Profits. Crafting brand narratives from concept to development are accomplished through dynamic logo design, custom illustration, strong typography, strategic signage, calculated UX/UI and through effective messaging. Maintaining communication with print vendors, managing and delegating intern activity, upholding office standards and scheduling office off sites all fell under my umbrella of responsibilities
