As the SDR Team Lead, I have been responsible for the implementation and documentation of the SDR process as well as the development and growth of our SDR organization. Below are some of the projects I've had the opportunity to work on:- Manage a team of 5 quota-crushing SDR's (85 meetings/month in Q4 2020) - Hire and put together a training plan for 4 new team members - Added $350k+ (monthly recurring revenue) to opportunity funnel - Drive team to achieve 150% of quota (10 meetings/month) and above - Engage HR department to help drive proactive recruiting efforts, helping to fill headcount across our sales organization as well as our technical roles- Develop and document new centralized management and SDR practice leading to 8x more meetings per month for the sales team. - Collaborate with Marketing leadership to develop simple and effective messaging to drive conversations with B2B end users- Communicate directly with CSO, CEO, VP of Strategic Growth- Implement OKRs (Objectives & Key Results) for the SDR team - Enable sales organization to optimize & automate SalesForce processes and clean data to drive decisions for the business- Experiment and test new messaging/campaigns on a monthly basis

As the Chapter Director for IT Leaders Phoenix, I am dedicated to supporting and empowering a community of Phoenix-based staff IT professionals. Our group meets bi-monthly to facilitate networking, mentorship, leadership development, and engaging sessions with guest CIO speakers. My commitment is to help current and future IT leaders enhance their skills and drive their organizations forward.In my role, I focus on:- Coordinating and organizing bi-monthly meetings, ensuring they are impactful and beneficial for all members.- Building a network of mentors and mentees to foster professional growth and development.- Facilitating leadership development sessions and inviting esteemed guest CIO speakers.- Aligning the Phoenix chapter’s initiatives with the broader goals of IT Leaders, aiming to elevate the capabilities of IT professionals across our community.

• Developed GTM strategy for FutureForm to enter the marketplace with little capital• Won $2,000 from the Global Sport Institute in the ASU Venture Devils program, an interdisciplinary entrepreneurial community that promotes small business and competition for seed- funding with a wide array of ASU funding initiatives.• Conducted Beta-Launch of FutureForm's MK-1 Series, and within one week, generated 2X of projected revenue without paid ad spend.• Collaborate with fashion designers and industry professionals to source raw materials and optimize supply chain for more consistent, higher quality product.

I am currently a BizDev representative at Zuggand®. Zuggand® is a technology and digital marketing services firm specializing in Cloud, IoT, Analytics, and Digital Marketing. We help brands transform their business using modern digital technologies.

Worked closely with Zuggand leadership team to generate new business by attending events, networking, as well as attending sales meetings to better understand sales processes/culture within the tech industry.

Demonstrated product knowledge as well as provide customer service to multiple high-caliber accounts. Took part in helping upper management in lead generation specifically in helping to expand outreach to power/electric industry.
