SliceUp is a streaming auto-ETL platform that dynamically parses, normalizes, and maps any custom and common logs within seconds. As a Data Scientist I worked on creating the auto-ETL process for system generated, semi-structured logs and streaming them to downstream systems for further analysis.

• Working with mice to understand more about the properties of neurological stem cells• Use R programming language to look at cells with bioinformatics techniques • Learned many wet lab techniques, such as: genotyping, perfusions, PCR, tissue staining, breeding and maintaining an experimental group of mice, and others • Trained new students in techniques for perform experiments and analyze data

• Worked with child subjects on a 5-year project to look at the social and economic effects on a child’s development • Managed the high school program, transcribed interviews, and analyzed vital sign data
