Jacob Fleming, I bring a sense of authenticity to the environment I have always been myself and always will be. In late 2021 I was in a major car accident breaking my femur and arm which at the age of 23 was very hard to overcome. Getting back on track was one of the hardest things I have had to do however my persistence and strive for greatness is what got me going on this mission and I will not stop. I have always thought of myself to easy to communicate with, have the willingness to learn, and very detail oriented.
