Jacob was born and raised in Central, IL. He grew up watching his father Dave work hard in the masonry business. His father eventually went on his own and opened Force Masonry. Jacob looked up to his dads perseverance and had a dream to help him run the business one day. In 2016, this dream became a reality. He became Owner of the company and started working hard towards growing Force Masonry. Jacob takes pride in the quality work his employees deliver, and the trust they have within their community. He worked hard learning all of the logistics involved when it comes to running a business and has grown exponentially. Employee morale is of great importance as Jacob knows that happy employees equal good employees, and good employees equal happy customers.
