During my time as Manager I have had to wear many hats. My daily duties were always changing and everyday brought something new. I had to open and close the store as well as greet and take care of the customers. I had to make daily bank deposits and make sure the safe was balanced and neat. Also had to make sure the store was kept clean and all employees dressed and acted professionally. When I became manager I put into effect new dress codes and a new set of rules that the previous manager did not enforce.

Securing the area in which I was working. Making sure credentials were worn and shown by all persons entering the area. Keeping an eye on any suspicious activity or packages in an area. Keeping the general public safe and assisting where needed. Keeping a daily log of events and problems.

When I worked at Bob Evans I was cross trained to work every position in the restaurant except for cook. My main duties were to greet and take care of our guests. I took their orders, delivered their orders and cleaned the tables when they were done. I also ran the cash register and greeted the door when we were short staffed. I did dishes and helped prepare food in the kitchen on occasion.

When I worked at Vivianos I also did many tasks. My duties when I first started were to clean the inside and outside of building. Make anything the designers may need for their floral arrangements (stands, tripods etc.) Make sure customers and employees were in a clean environment. I was quickly trained in delivering arrangements, packaging the arrangements for shipping. I also helped set up parties and special occasions as well as tore down 9collected all of our merchandise once the parties were over.
