The project had ~160 dwelling units and required civil engineering design for sewer, water, fire flow, grading, and stormwater management/drainage.Other work examples include working with a client to establish finished floor elevation for new apartment buildings, a parking garage, converting an existing parking lot into a park for recreation, and preliminary plans for a new church building.
