Participate in on-call rotations and incident responses throughout product development and operations cycles; respond to support requests after normal business hours including weekends and/or holidays, including on-site technical supportProvide technical coaching and direction to organizational resources through training sessions, user manuals and documentationMonitor system performance and proactively identify and resolve issues to ensure high availability and performance, ensuring incident response processes and associated playbooks are current and effectiveApply troubleshooting skills, debugging tools, and examine logs, telemetry, and other methods to verify assumptions and customer impact.
