Leading a team of 15, I deliver the central operational resource plan for Openreach, the UK's largest telecommunications network. I manage the allocation of over 10,000 field engineers and 3,000 contractors, balancing cost, capacity, and quality. I also develop and own strategic and tactical demand forecasting models, covering 280 daily forecasts and all operational planning inputs.With a Master of Engineering degree in Chemical Engineering from Newcastle University, I apply my analytical and problem-solving skills to deliver large scale people and systems change. I am PRINCE2 Agile Foundation & Practitioner qualified, and have a track record of delivering complex transformation projects within Service Delivery, using both agile and waterfall methodologies. Some of my achievements include delivering projects with £1m+ budget and £2m+ annualised benefit, and increasing service quality and efficiency.
