Experienced semiconductor professional, with around 7 years of experience working for two world class companies. Most of that experience has been in the photo-lithography area, being hands on with every toolset therein, as well as using those opportunities to not just "run a tool", but dive into the flow of the process. Utilizing all resources available, from PROMIS to FPS to SPC++, making sure toolsets are running at optimum performance, then maximizing tool utilization to keep the Wip flowing. Also keeping all areas of the Fab safe while we work, adopting the 5S methodology to make sure our workstations have all that is needed to do the job while minimizing the downtime searching for materials. Being an ambassador to the fab, welcoming new technicians to the cell or industry. Making sure training is followed thoroughly, documented completely, and all questions answered, so when its time for certification, the tech will have all the confidence to show they are ready.
