As a freelance producer for the Momofuku restaurant group, I executed a national ad campaign for a collection of 3 seasonings. I also organized and co-directed a studio shoot with 2 C100 cameras and an actor. In addition, I co-edited 7 Momofuku ads, while working a full-time job as an associate producer.

As the sole production assistant, I worked as an editing assistant and consultant to the director, using Adobe Premiere Pro and PowerPoint to make production alterations, and create pitch decks for multiple prominent entertainment outlets. In addition, I managed the social media and marketing platforms through daily public posts. I also worked directly with various media outlets such as Forbes and NowThisNews, to help film and conduct interviews with the director in promotion of the film. Since working on the documentary, Duty Free has been featured in People Magazine editorials and CBS Evening Newssegments. Additionally, I ran the documentary’s Kickstarter page. Aside from being in constant contact with donors of the film, I planned fundraising events including a private hip hop class with a Hamilton musical cast member. As the director’s personal assistant, I prepared multiple reports on filming locations, as well as planned filming trips for the entire film crew. During my internship experience, I learned how to juggle multiple responsibilities at a time, all while being deadline oriented. With my internship, I helped to tell the story of a mother struggling to break the surface after tragedy takes her by surprise. As the director’s passion project, it was my duty to help create an accurate and compelling narrative.
