As a Business Analyst at Altus Group, I work with the business and engineering teams to deliver user stories, documentation, and data analysis for the company's US Property Tax teams. With a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from Florida State University, I have developed strong skills in user research, business process modeling, and project management. Prior to my current role, I was an Operations Supervisor and Team Lead at PropLogix, where I oversaw the daily operations of a property analysis team, improved the quality and efficiency of the services, and trained and mentored new hires. I am passionate about solving complex problems, enhancing user experience, and creating value for the customers and stakeholders. I enjoy collaborating with diverse and talented teams, learning new technologies and tools, and contributing to the company's mission and vision.
