I am currently a Commissions Analyst with a PayCom. In this role, I work with my colleagues throughout the company to ensure that our sales representatives are properly commissioned and various roles are properly bonused. I also assist our Booked Sales Team in ensuring all necessary documents are received for sales bookings. Additionally, I provide adhoc analysis for senior management on commission policies and payouts - typically upon requests.I previously worked as a Claims Service Specialist for CSAA Insurance Group in their Oklahoma City Regional Center. In this role I guided insureds through the claims process, and actively problem solved in order to provide them with the best possible customer service. I also served as the Regional Director for the Gamma Iota Sigma Oklahoma City Alumni Council from October of 2018 to October of 2020. It was a privilege to continue Gamma’s mission of providing a student talent pipeline to the insurance industry, and a great honor to work with the other council members and alumni.I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma with a degree in Actuarial Science. As a student, I held officer positions in several organizations, including the Actuarial, Insurance and Risk Management Club - otherwise known as the Beta Epsilon Chapter of Gamma Iota Sigma. Throughout my time there, I served as the Treasurer, Director of Outreach, Vice President, and President during my Sophomore year, Junior year, Senior year, and final semester respectively.I enjoy meeting with, communicating with, and working with individuals in the service of others. I also run the YouTube channel, FairlyCritical - a channel that reviews movies and television and provides comparison and analysis on them. As a hobby, I design and develop board games. These endeavors allow me to express and practice my communication, leadership, critical thinking, and creative skills.
