System Operations Manager
Current• Drive projects based on defined priorities; ensure the scope of deliverables, timelines, and budget is met; identify risks and issues and mitigate and/or escalate as needed.• Plan, design, manage, and execute project plans to ensure delivery, bringing the ability to quickly put structure in place to manage the work. • Ensure status reports are submitted regularly, accurate, appropriately detailed, and visible to all relevant stakeholders. Maintain key project documentation.• Display strong consulting and collaboration skills to work with key stakeholders to understand business problems and focus on bringing issues to resolution, escalating as necessary to meet timelines. Includes clarifying and defining business needs, requirements, and use cases.• Proactively identify and remediate risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating where necessary. Leverage problem-solving skills to ensure project plans deliver on intent.• Demonstrate outstanding communication and collaboration skills which are essential for interacting and communicating with key stakeholders across all levels to manage, inform, and influence outcomes.Build relationships as an active and engaged member of a team that is working on delivering features to our business groups and/or customers.• Manage ongoing system operations for workflow, document management, and servicing systems.Identify ways to improve and streamline the business processes.
