Part of the delivery team responsible for the construction of the 50m long Finham Brook viaduct substructure and enabling works• Won the University of Bath’s student placement award in association with CECA. Selected from my cohort due to the strength of my end of placement report and overall experience. Attended the annual CECA South West conference to be interviewed and receive this prestigious award.• Excellent survey skills using Trimble GPS, laser level and Leica TS60 total station• Was critical in completing the Sublot’s 2022 project milestone of 20 piles before Christmas, often as the onlyengineer on site.• Regularly signed off technical check sheets for completed work.• Developed excellent report writing skills whilst being responsible for writing and updating Task briefings, Riskassessment method statements and permits.• Tracked progress of various works using spreadsheets I developed including the 3 week look aheadresponsible for ensuring labour, materials and design were in place.• Spoke in and chaired daily team meeting as well contributed to the weekly engineering department meetingsand stakeholder events.• Led a talk and site tour to 15 college students to encouragement involvement in the industry.

Working as a student site engineer I was part of the onsite engineering team responsible for completing a 40m high LNG storage tank slip form across 21-day shifts. My responsibilities included managing concrete repair, uncovering embedments and setting out rebar and prestressing ducts. I Worked collaboratively with the client and our engineers in an ever evolving environment to ensure the project progressed on time.

I completed a 2 month placement as part of the team responsible for Geotechnical investigations and preliminary surveys for the A358 dualling scheme near Ilminster, Somerset. I Helped track and manage borehole and trial pit investigations whilst balancing local stakeholders' interests. I Completed permits, locating services using a CAT 3 scanner and service records
