I am currently working for SSOTP as a End User Support for the IT Clinical Service desk which involves supporting clinical systems such as RiO,, e-Community.RiO -We are the first line support team for RiO as we assist the users with any Requests or Issues that they may face may that be with gaining access to the system or with reversals for patients that have been entered incorrectly. eCommunity - We assist users with gaining access to the system and help them with any general questions they may have

I currently work within the PMO team (Programme Management Office) of IM&T at Staffordshire & Stoke on Trent Partnership NHS Trust as an IT Support Apprentice. My role is to support the PMO including; the Programme Manager, Project Managers and the Service Management team with their projects and tasks.As well as providing training and installation of IT equipment at various locations I was also based at Haywood Hospital for 4 months in order to provide onsite support for all members of staff during the installation of new IT equipment and migration of PST files.Data and Email Migration - This project involved moving 300+ staff members files and emails from their old Staffordshire County Council environment to their new SSOTP environment, this required face to face training/guidance as well as creating and distributing training guides which ensured all staff members had everything migrated before the deadline of March.Device Refresh Project:- Replacing obsolete PCs and laptops- Migrating data from third party to internal servers- Training staff on a one-to-one basis- Accurately recording progress- Designed and reported on satisfaction using surveys- Team were nominated for and won Excellence AwardSharePoint:- Redesigned the IT Meet the Team page- Followed Partnership’s style guide line- Gained experience with SharePoint and worked directly with the Technical Lead
