I'm a very driven, organized and authentic leader that has proven my value to multiple organizations within the military and private sector. I've led various sizes of organizations and firmly believe in servant leadership. I also have extensive experience in planning complex projects and establishing collaborative environments that lead to organizational goals being met. I've developed efficient processes that streamlined efficiency and provided a shared understanding for the people within the organizations I've been a part of. I have a passion for people and an understanding that I can only get to where I want to go by bringing people along with me. In my free time I enjoy following Nebraska football, playing guitar, hiking, video games and spending time with friends and family. I hope to get into coaching so I can make an impact on people's lives through competition and teamwork.
