I came into the City of Eugene Information Services Division as one of the first business analysts in the division in order to pioneer and set the framework for the position. I work with all divisions within the city as a primary contact for technical projects and software enhancements. I engineer requirements and/or user stories for the entire SDLC using both waterfall and agile methodologies. Another primary role of this position is to perform deep dives into process through diagramming and other means. These processes are then improved upon and reimplemented.

At Roseburg, I worked as part of a team to provide technical support to over 1200 systems nationwide. I supported a wide variety of technology ranging from Windows 10 laptops, to iPhones and tablets. I worked to provide excellent service to end users while working with different levels of the IT department.

At Richardson Sports, I worked as part of small technical team to provide systems support to over 250 users both local and remote. I was responsible for ensuring that all users are functioning at an optimal level when it comes to their technical requirements. I have worked on projects involving network expansion, website creation, extensive company growth, as well as many others.
