I am a current 3rd year University student studying Exercise Sport Science. I have worked with the Western Bulldogs Community Foundation to help individuals with poor social skills and health related conditions to be more physically active and promote their social connections within the community. I have been working closely with Personal trainers within Justintime personal training to help develop my skills and knowledge with regards to program designs and executing 1 on 1 sessions with clients to improve their overall fitness related to their goals. I have run group classes for gyms to demonstrate appropriate exercises for the clients to develop their strength, balance and overall fitness.
