-Using SIEMENS PLC (WinCC & Step7) for programming and fault finding purposes-In-depth knowledge of CANbus systems-VSD Maintenance & Fault finding-Installation of new telemetry systems-Installation & Maintenance of Equipment within Hazardous areas (Zone 1 & 2)-Fault finding of equipment within Hazardous Areas (Zone 1 & 2)-Programming of anti-collision sensors (SICK) as well as troubleshooting and maintenance-Office maintenance and compliant testing-Maintenance and installation of site pumps (Diesel, Water, Pit etc)-Responding to breakdowns in a timely and safe matter-Planned preventative maintenance for non-process infrastructure-Undertaking QUAY Crane maintenance and fault finding-Spreader servicing and maintenance-Replacements and maintenance of cable reeler systems-Installation of thermostats -Installations and modifications to existing equipment including distribution and control systems-Carry out installation of new circuits and equipment-HV switching of the ring central system-Maintain Statutory Electrical Inspections and records -Light vehicle maintenance (Utes, Vans, Workshop Forklifts, Container Trucks)-Heavy Vehicle maintenance (Reachstackers, Container Forklifts)-Co-operating with operations & control room on the regular basis-Ensuring all electrical work activity is carried out in accordance with site safety and procedures

-Shift Electrician: Night- shift/ Day- shift-Reading and using PLC’S and SCADA system on a regular basis (Allen bradley, Unity pro)-Using the SAP program for all relevant work activities (time sheets, CM’s & PM’s, tooling, inventory stock)-Carrying out maintenance & fault finding on all Instrumentation equipment-Installation, design & maintenance of Hazardous area Electrical equipment (Zone 20, 21, 22) -Creating HV switching programs -Carrying out HV Switching-Controlling Permit to work Operations-Fault finding on the regular basis-Regularly working on pneumatic systems-Responding to urgent breakdowns-Preventative Maintenance on Ship-Loaders, Motors, Conveyors and all other site works.-RCD Checks -Test & Tag on all equipment on site-Maintenance of all lighting on site -Following schematic drawings to install & Fault find-Assisting other trades when necessary
