- Constructed an integration with Stripe, including in-platform checkout and payment history as well as a free trial program, to gain us our first paying customers for our Mingle product.- Converted our authentication system from Ruby ERB templates to React pages using JSON Web Tokens through Devise to more easily break our frontend out into a standalone React app in the future- Implemented a system to automatically add new employee engagement events to a team’s event schedule when they complete all of their current events and introduced emails to prompt them to confirm them or choose different ones, bringing them back into our platform on a more frequent basis.- Integrated Hubspot into our platform to give us more visibility on where people were dropping out of our onboarding process so that we know what needs to be fixed or reworked- Implemented a system that allows team managers to invite team members to different groups, letting them run different events for different parts of the team- Developed a system that allows team managers to adjust permissions for certain users- Integrated our platform with a headless CMS (builder.io), allowing our team members to easily build out instruction pages for new types of events/experiences without having to rely on engineering resources.- Introduced a page that tracks exactly which team members attended an event, even if they didn’t RSVP beforehand, giving us a better idea of how much traction the platform was getting

- Created a “block explorer” (https://secretnodes.com) using Ruby on Rails for Secret Network to surface information relating to network usage, account balances, transaction feeds, governance results, and analytics to make it easier for users of the network to keep up with network health and activity. - Deployed the block explorer to a bare-metal linux server in our data center using Capistrano.- Rebuilt the explorer’s front end in VueJS and converted the Rails app into a backend API in order to make the site more responsive and faster.- Designed a system to sync the explorer’s database with the blockchain using Sidekiq background jobs- Designed the explorer’s PostgreSQL database and optimized queries on tables with tens of millions of records.- Managed the company roadmap and broke down product ideas into actionable tasks using PivotalTracker and Github projects.- Wrote rust-based smart contracts and created a frontend for an NFT project on the Secret Network to raise funds for future development on a Decentralized Autonomous Organization (DAO) creation platform called SecretDAO- Took over development of a Decentralized Exchange (DEX) product from another team and finished development on it and launched it. (Rust based smart contracts, a SvelteKit frontend, and a WASM based “swap router” written in Golang)

- Created an environmentally friendly incentive system to allow customers to save money and earn rewards for “going green” by opting out of maid/cleaning service during their stay. - Designed an abandonment email system to incentivize customers who started the booking process but stopped before completing the booking to come back and complete their order.- Created a web scraping gem to reverse engineer non-partner hotel APIs and scrape rates from them as part of a program that partners with local governments to increase tourism in their areas. - Analyzed and compiled booking data, customer activity, and other metrics to give The Guestbook’s executives a better idea of customer LTV and how different incentive programs affect engagement.
