Training and development of management and associate teams. Fueled store and company growth by developing 15 associates and managers in 2012. Improved process execution to eliminate waste which has resulted in a multiple processes being adopted by the Region. Improved departmental customer satisfaction scores which added additional customer traffic. Decreased departmental inventory shrink by increasing associate pride in work place, this resulted in a balanced year end internal parts department inventory.

Train and develop management and associate teams across 13 stores. Developed training programs to improve front line associate confidence in delivering exceptional customer service. Decreased inventory shrink through recognition programs.
