I have priviousley worked for Frederikshavn Municipality. My primary tasks was to develop and maintain recreational areas and maintenance operations. Adapt areas and installlations to the actual use by citicens. During a reorganisation of the department, i was assigned the task as teamleader for a merged staff of 45 employees. Change Management, and development of new procedures i order to secure stable and up to date operations. Hands on skills of Organizational Development, staff mangament, Natural Resource Management, GIS, economis I had the previlige to attend University og Aalborg, for a diploma in Accounting and Financial Management (HD-R). From 2018-2021 i was a part of the Infrastructure Division at Banedanmark, where i was responsible for watermanagement and drainage systems at the railwaysystem and sourrounding areas at the eastern part of Denmark. The team surveyed and, orderd external contractors to solve maintenence assignments. It was important to follow up on the progress, and handle challenges that arose. Railway maintenence and operations is complex because of massive safety regulations. In order to be able to initiale the right messures i a correct and safe way, entailed a need to become familiar with loads of regulations and technical notices. An interesting and steep learningcurve. Since may 2021 i have been employed at Lejre Kommune as Teamleader at Vej & Park. A important task is to focus on efficiency and the well-beeing of the staff. An other important task is to assist other departments about how to keep the upcumming maintenance cost optimal for new constructions. It involves departments dealing with traffic, property, enviroment and culture among others. Often the initiating dialog between stakeholders, ends up with better solutions. I my sparetime i enjoy the pleasures of beekeeping, flyfishing, and the art of bonsai. For several years i have taught and trained beekeeping to interested upcomming beekeepers.
