Consultant international innovative technologies* May/18 - July/18: Made a market research report for a Dutch international company about the business opportunities within the Brazilian market focusing on the mining, construction and Oil&Gas sector.

Worked in the mine Santa Cruz of the company Vale S.A. in the city of Corumbá (Mato Grosso de Sul, Brazil). I supported the maintenance of the GINAF off-road trucks with a focus on quality, logistics and productivity.

Working with a team of 3 engineers on all activities to make new or changed products ready for production with respect to:• Safety,• Manufacturability• Reliability,• Costs.In more detail, we coordinate, plan and validate new parts and designs introductions into existing or new production processes.Beside this, I worked as a project manager on installing a new assembly and engineering plant in Romania. This project is successfully finished.

Working on logistical improvements:- Project manager of the project "optimizing the planning". Implement a centralized planning department- Industrialization of a new product release. Phasing in/out of materials without disturbing the assembly.- Contribute to the implementation of a SIOP process (integrated business management process) within our location.- Logistical optimization like stock reduction, reduced lead times and optimal ordering strategies
