A continued broad role within purchasing as my previous role, where I work with everything from sourcing, RFQs, and contractual agreements to blanket orders and follow ups of deliveries. The company is within construction and we were purchasing all necessary material for building facades, such as aluminum, steel, glass, isolation etc.I am responsible for the procurement process and I have worked with implementing a number of different system tools to work with enquiries and purchasing as well as developing the overall process together with our COO. I am leading the development of the purchase process within a purchase group where we among other things are working on creating framework agreements for our key suppliers as well as supplier evaluations. In addition to this, I am the system specialist responsible for training and updates within applicable system tools, making sure, they are working properly and that we are working as per our processes.

The position also involved handling material deviations and complaints. I was also a part of a purchasing team within the group to develop processes and routines to streamline purchasing within the Hancap group in which SGS was a subsidiary. Apart from purchasing I also worked with some transport coordination with planning, bookings and customs questions, so I was involved in the entire Supply Chain from sourcing to final delivery of material.At the start I was hired to work with only purchasing of glass, but this was later on evolved to handling all required material for the projects as well as being responsible for our stock with bulk material.

I started working as a Care Agent at Maersk Line Customer Service in 2014, handling smaller customers export/import. In the end of 2014 Iwas moved to the segment with the largest customers in the cluster where I handled the volumes for Stora Enso, Electrolux and Scania as aSPOC, and was also back up for companies such as Volvo. The positionwas mainly to ensure that the transports where performed as percustomer expectations without unnecessary delays. This demandedproactive work to discover potential problems in due time and correctthem as soon as possible. I worked continuously with processimprovements and implementation of these for the customers I was responsible for. The position was characterized with relationshipbuilding, transport surveillance and process improvement.

After my bachelor thesis I started my own company to continue working on counteracting diesel thefts. This was mainly in the form of informingstakeholders of the risks of thefts and possible ways of counteractingthem. Along with my partner of the thesis, we were invited to holdsome lectures within the subject. We also wrote a couple of articles thatwere published in transport magazines such as Silf Supply ChainOutlook.

Theremy main tasks were helping customers build their chemical register in our system as well as supporting them in using our system themselves.This was both via phone support and face to face at training sessions where we educated our users in work shops.

During my bachelor thesis I worked extra at the transport companyRonald Seger Transport, which then as a full time job after graduation. As a transport leader I had a broad role with customercontact regarding upcoming transport assignments and transportplanning and communication with our drivers to execute the missions. I also had administrative tasks as handling transport documents and damage reports, invoice handling (in Visma) and leave transport offers.

All through my education at the university I worked extra as aconsultant at Kelly Services where I worked for a number of companies(Santa Maria, Göteborgs Kex, Musikservice among others). The taskswere mainly packing material and warehousing.
