Deploy code to various Web and Application Servers via VMWare and/or Remote Desktop Connection. Update all clients’ servers to the most recent version(s) of Online Banking and Mobile Banking software. Test assigned programs and validate conformance with specifications and standards associated with financial institutions. Contribute to the design, documentation, implementation, and testing of systems and databases to ensure applicability to users. Assist in troubleshooting applications design, logic, and code. Test and debug the system/software where possible and resolve problems using available resources. Work closely with Software Developers and Management to assure quality and timeliness.

Support 20+ clients with Online and Mobile Banking software. Help manage and maintain server connectivity. Test for and review code for software defects/bugs and prepare a solution for programmers. Create and execute SQL database queries and make changes to the Test and Production Database as necessary. Review Middleware, Business Object Layer (BOL), and Web logs for errors in Virtual Private Network (VPN) connectivity, web-based related errors, and/or other errors related to the Online Banking software and find solutions. Support end-users with testing of our Online and Mobile Banking software.

Basic troubleshooting of Windows XP, 7, and Novell PCs/Operating systems as well as other peripherals such as printers, PIN pads, Check Scanners, Cash Machines, Desktop Monitors, and other related hardware. Documentation of each call and notate service tickets via HP Service Manager to provide optimal service. Create updated procedures and work closely with IT Operations to provide end users with solutions. Troubleshoot basic ATM issues via Remote Desktop Connection (RDC) as well as support the ATM Services Department. Analyze requests for IT services and determine the efficacy of providing requested services and the potential impact on existing software, systems, and organization work processes. Develop and implement appropriate testing procedures for programs, systems, and software to ensure they satisfy and protect requirements. Receive and respond to trouble reports from systems and applications software users. Gather specifics of applications software errors or failures by consulting users. Perform hardware platform analysis to include disk space allocation, operating system, network configuration, application allocation, and interface with processor. Keep ongoing account of activities to include testing and implementation plans, program notes, and records of analyses, research, and coordination efforts.

Collect on Delinquent loans via phone calls, letters, or other communication systems. Review accounts for possible collection action such as transfer funds, review for repossession, or write off. Find resources to help our members fulfill their financial obligations and referring them to the proper departments for assistance such as loan modification. Work with supervisor(s) to ensure member satisfaction and accuracy.

Balancing a drawer daily. Negotiating checks, bonds, and wire transfers. Opened sub-accounts as well as closed accounts. Answering phones and satisfying member needs.

Performed clerical duties such as providing Revenue Officer precise information of taxpayer, data entry and batch organization, set up Employer Identification Numbers (EINs) for the Department of Labor Services, confirmed Taxpayer information and discussed laws.
