• Manages all aspects of the recruitment process including job requisition design, sourcing, screening, background checks, compliance, offers of employment, and onboarding. Works with Team Lead to develop strategies across assigned departments.• Collaborates with hiring department to develop a firm understanding of department culture and position requirements, including skills and background required for the position. Provides expert advice and guidance to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.• Analyze, interpret, and apply staffing statistics including but not necessarily limited to diversity statistics, time to fill, and offer recommendations to inform and improve sourcing and selection decisions.• Provides employment recommendations to hiring managers based upon candidate qualifications, application materials, interviews, and references.• Run queries in Peoplesoft and gather salary data on current employees to provide Hiring Managers recommendations based on internal equity before receiving approval from compensation.• Assist in Employee Relations work and speaking with customers, employees, supervisors, and managers to ensure proper documentation and actions are handled appropriately.• Managed and implemented Applicant Tracking Software, ensuring system was configured to KUB specifications, creating training documentation, lead recruiter trainings, troubleshooting system errors, testing scenarios, and working closely with IT department to problem solve integration with current HRIS system.• Able to cross train with Safety & Technical services to gain exposure of facility audits, construction safety, OSHA knowledge and general office tasks.• Completed OSHA 30-Hr Outreach Training for the Construction Industry to gain an understanding of OSHA operations and regulations.

• Oversaw hiring, interviewing, onboarding, and training of employees.• Created a team of 10 certified trainers in key areas of the restaurant to ensure training of employees to the highest level possible, resulting in a 10.27% decrease in turnover rate.• Create a food safety mindset, developed, and trained over 20 Health Specialists who all received certifications from Knox County Health Department.• Implemented New Hire Training System that followed the Trainees around to ensure they became properly and thoroughly trained.
