Responsible for creation, optimisation and personalisation of content for RMIT University's key acquisition and brand campaigns. This role is part of Domestic Acquisition Marketing and the Global Content Marketing and Creative team in RMIT's Experience portfolio.

This acting role was filling the position of Content Manager in the Global Content Marketing and Creative. In this role, I oversee, review, and manage a team of content specialists as we create, optimise, and personalise content for RMIT University's key acquisition and brand campaigns.

This acting role was filling the position of Segment Manager for the Domestic Marketing team at RMIT University. This role was a temporary 2 month position while the current manager was on leave. In the role I was responsible for the development and implementation of the segment strategy. Led by evidence-based, customer informed, marketing practices, defining and prioritising student segment opportunities that drive student consideration and acquisition.

Managing the internal and external communication channels across the Faculty of Humanities, Arts, Social Sciences and Education Faculty at UNE. This role included internal and external messaging, writing research, staff and student stories, as well as web content management within the faculty.

Casual contract position in the Advancement, Communication and Events Office at the University of New England. I worked within the Social Media team, a dynamic group of professional writers and communication experts, who manage, write and create content for UNE's Social Media channels. In this role I managed various social media channels, where I scheduled and wrote content aimed at students, staff and the UNE community.Moreover, the role required traditional communication practices on a regular basis, such as copy editing, conducting interviews (with students and staff) and project-based interpersonal communications.

This internship was connected to my undergrad studies, counting as a study unit for my Bachelor of Media and Communications. During this internship, I scheduled and wrote content for the select university social media channels. Collaborating on social media projects, copy writing, and image editing made up much of the day-to-day workload.

As a Customer Service (and Retail) Assistant, I worked in many facets of the Big W Armidale (NSW) store, primarily customer service and return support. While I initially worked as a register operator, I was trained and reassigned to a diverse selection of duties, namely working at the technology department, the service desk and as a stock fill associate.Much of my time at Big W was spent at the service desk - addressing refunds, laybys, online orders and other specific customer inquiries.
