My role in the controlling function are executing the following high-level described tasks: • Compile data and build presentations in accordance with the relevant subject, in order to influence decision-making, address and eliminate gaps between our current status, targets and optimization possibilities. • Month end and year end closing processes to ensure accurate financial reporting. This requires preparation of accounting-postings, evaluation of the current financial position on monthly basis and preparation to audits.• Being part of the business planning workflow, consisting of budget and forecast preparations, as well as follow-up analysis, in accordance to business requirements and guidelines.• Solving Ad Hoc business cases and providing necessary profitability and KPI calculations for e.g. divisions, products and business cases.• Contributing with carrying out recurring processes and provide the process owners with requested data/analysis to improve efficiency.

In order to provide informed recommendations, knowledge about materials, design, industry development and ongoing/upcoming fashion trends, complementing the already mentioned, was essential.• Assist the sourcing of products for the men's department from leading international brands within the industry.• Ensure excellent store operations by accurate pricing and labeling of products, in combination with ongoing and continuously further developed inventory management. This also included maintaining a spotless, organized and visually appealing store through demonstration of product benefits, features and style options.
