My duties included doing remote and on-sight tech support, Network Administration, digital security, managing the wireless and wired phones, managing mobile office setups in vehicles, creating specifications for servers and energy dashboards used to manage DDC control systems, network monitoring, basic reverse engineering of malware, maintaining desktops and laptops for about 70 users at 2 separate locations, maintaining virtual machines, instructing users how to use Office 2010/2013, instructing users how to manage calendars and contacts on various platforms, and teaching users security related best practices. I also have server side experience in both Linux and Windows. I have used both Windows Active Directory and the Linux version. I have extensive experience trouble shooting both hardware and software issues that arise in daily operations that lay within the scope of the technologies described above.I also have been going through the book "Penetration Testing with Kali Linux" from Offensive Security Ltd.I enjoy digital security since I got my feet wet in college taking CEH, Security + and CHFI classes that were a part of my overall Network Administration track.
