I talk with customers and work with them to ensure their insurance is to their requirements, recommending insurance products to suit their needs. I do this to high standards whilst maintaining professionalism offering the best products to my customers.

My main role was to answer inbound calls as well as making outbound calls to sell insurance for Car & Van. In selling these policies I would also sell ad-ons (breakdown, legal etc.) along with dealing with all the paperwork for the client from start to finish, including obtaining documents, payments and making sure their policy meets the needs required by the client.

My main role in this job was dealing with outbound/inbound calls and advising clients of their finance situation (whilst following DPA) to then process their information, take the clients finance information & making arrangements which are affordable for them, along with taking payment and issuing the documents for these agreements. All whilst guiding the client through the process to make it as easy and understandable as possible.
