Performance Program Manager
CurrentCDOT’s Performance and Asset Management Branch (PAMB) in the Division of Transportation Development (DTD) manages and coordinates CDOT’s Performance and Asset Management programs. The Branch informs the department strategic planning and decision-making tools that effectively measure, analyze, forecast, and communicate to staff and transportation stakeholders the performance of CDOT’s programs and investment decisions. PAMB produces several reports required by statute including the Annual Performance Plan, as well as voluntary reports and performance measurement tools. PAMB also manages an external performance dashboard that communicates how much drivers pay for Colorado’s transportation system, how their dollars are invested, and the condition of CDOT’s assets. As the Performance Measures Program Manager, I manage the development of all department-wide performance reporting, whether required by statute or voluntarily. I also develop the yearly work program for the performance program to ensure accurate delivery of performance information, and meeting all statutory deadlines. Additionally, I manage the department-wide effort to develop tools and reporting that clearly communicate to external stakeholders and also informs CDOT's internal strategic planning and decision making processes by providing tools that measure, analyze, forecast and communicate to staff and other stakeholders the performance of CDOT’s programs and the impacts of the Department’s investment decisions.
