I’ve been at Roxane Vacca Management since February 2022. Having started working across two senior agents’ desks, assisting in professionally representing accomplished and high-profile actors across film, television and theatre, as a junior agent I am growing and empowering my own client list. Beyond elevating my interest in the performing arts, this role has engendered an advocacy for the arts sector and the workers who enrich the culture we all benefit from. I have been privileged to work with people at the forefront of theatrical and screen excellence, from whom I see how vital it is that all actors in this sector - in every sense of the word - are rewarded and provided for fairly in recompense for their labour. I am an adept and effective communicator, working with over fifty clients on most days, developing a network with key players in casting and production across theatre and screen, while also building a negotiating skill set under the mentorship of my colleagues at RVM.I studied History at the University of Sussex, where I was the departmental LGBT+ rep. As I develop and grow my own client base, I advocate for a diverse range of talent with whom I share the same drive for an industry that is more equitable, representative and meritocratic. Outside of work and trying my best to keep up with London’s dizzying cultural scene - I’m probably on my bike!
