It’s 8th year in this year that I have been working in this customs broker office. My current position is a general manager. My role is to communicate with importers for the customs clearance, ISF filing, import eligibility consulting, customs regulations, PGA filings, arranging in-land movements within the U.S. territories, international trade, and so on. With the experience in this company, through my problem-solving skills, I’ve done over 10,000 entries and resolved issues of entries with customs.
